This organic market garden is located on the edge of the ‘Biesenthaler Becken’ Nature Reserve, cultivating different varieties of vegetables, herbs and potatoes as well as soft fruits. Home-made cider is produced using apples. The products can be bought directly from the farm as well as from the dairy farm shop in Biesenthal. The market garden is run by workshops in Hoffnungstal that help with professional rehabilitation for people with disabilities.
