This restaurant in the exceptional Alte Schmiede (‘Old Forge’) building provides a special culinary experience with fresh, seasonal country cooking. The menu here features haute-cuisine dishes like boiled fillet or oysters to start, plus seasonal mains including Schorfheide wild goulash and vegetarian and children’s options. The food is accompanied by select wines. Of course, the extravagant desserts aren’t to be missed either.

The dining area has a rustic design, and the forge’s partially exposed historic wall paintings give it a unique feel. Guests can choose to sit up in the gallery, at ground level, or in the adjoining conservatory. A terrace is also open on hot days. Up to 100 seats are available in total.

Events including jazz and Irish folk concerts plus themed evenings are held on a regular basis.
