A visit to the hearty Braustübl at the heart of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve is a special experience: the historic fieldstone building provides a fitting rustic ambience for a meal using fresh, local ingredients. Tarte flambee, game dishes and bread from the wood-fired oven are among the highlights on the menu. Barbecue evenings with wild boar and twist bread are among the specialities at the Braustübl. Beer lovers can also taste the produce of the in-house brewery.

There are 40 indoor seats under the original vaulted ceiling, plus an additional 60 seats in the outdoor area in the beer garden. A playground adds to the family- and child-friendly atmosphere. Expert brewery tours can be arranged with the master brewer on request.
