Brauhaus Wandlitz and Restaurant Rialto combine tasty Italian and Sicilian cuisine with home-baked bread and spicy, home-brewed beer. An extensive menu treats guests to starters, pizza, pasta, and meat and fish dishes. Brauhaus classics include the master brewer's mixed grill and the Brauhaus herring with fried potatoes. Treberbrot, a spent-grain bread baked fresh every day, is served with all dishes, and goes particularly well with lard or a spicy aioli cream.

Rustic brick arches and light, plastered walls in the interior create the perfect backdrop with a view of the brewery. More guests can also be served in the cosy conservatory. The restaurant’s in-house butcher’s produces ham and sausages following old recipes, all of which go very well with the home-brewed beer.
