High-quality fish delicatessen products and tasty smoked fish are produced under the watchful eye of the head of the kitchen and trained chef Georg Suhr with his twelve employees in the family-run business. Made-to-order fish platters prepared for family parties and celebrations are particularly popular with customers. Great importance is attached to the origin and quality of the processed fish in their work. The company therefore uses freshwater fish from Kluth fish farm in Kröbeln. Saltwater fish are carefully selected from fishermen in Rostock.
