The Vetternwirtschaft, literally “Jobs for the Boys”, doesn’t just refer to the name of the hotel: it also refers to the ingenious concept behind the restaurant. You can buy all kinds of decorations here. Everything is produced or provided by craftsmen and women and businesses in the region: so veritably “Jobs for the Boys...and Girls”. The kitchen of the Vetternwirtschaft serves up dishes with a regional and seasonal slant. Chef de cuisine Christoph Rex uses regional products and includes seasonal dishes on the menu. This is not the only reason for regularly checking it out. Guests’ needs are looked after by Bianca Marek and Ute and Reinhard Scholz, who attach great importance to creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Come in, relax with us and enjoy our food.
