In the small, fizzy soft drinks factory, owner Christian Königs develops the recipes himself, produces the “Fassbrause” fizzy soft drinks and fills every bottle by hand. This allow him to check everything himself, before his fizzy soft drinks go on sale. His “BrauSerei Gommern” is therefore split into two areas: The first is the production area and the other is the display and sales room.

The range includes rhubarb and ginger, gherkin, lime, hop and elder, and chilli and herb flavoured fizzy soft drinks.

The shop is not just a production and sales facility for Königs but also a point of social contact. Talking to customers is particularly important for the BrauSerei as a start-up company in order to gather ideas, develop further and make new contacts.

In 2017, BrauSerei Gommern beat some stiff competition in the“Kulinarisches Sachsen-Anhalt” (Culinary Saxony-Anhalt) competition with its hop and elder flavoured fizzy soft drink and won a culinary star. 

Little master fizzy drinks makers

The BrauSerei also gives children the chance to take a look behind the scenes. The go through the individual production phases at the various stations and can hold their own fizzy soft drink and a BrauSerei certificate in their hands at the end of the day.
