Weidelandfarm is dedicated to maintaining animals in a way that is appropriate to their species, meaning that mother cows and their calves live on rotating meadows all year round and are fed exclusively with hay and grass. Two broods of 350 laying hens each also live on the meadows in environmentally friendly, species-appropriate mobile coops, which are used to move the hens to a new meadow every 14 days.
