In keeping with its name, Wild Gourmet Hoher Fläming offers professional meat cutting and the production of game specialties from the Hohen Fläming region in gourmet quality. In the middle of Brandenburg's third largest nature park, the game butchering business with an integrated farm shop was built at the beginning of 2019 after almost 2 years of construction. From wild ham and wild salami to high-quality grilled meat and ready-made baked pork, fans of wild meat will find a high-quality range here. The range of ready-to-cook meat varies from week to week as hunting is not a mass-production enterprise. Telephone reservations are welcome. In addition to meat and sausage products, the farm shop also has a small range of artisanal and regional products.
