Embark on ‘Expedition Indulgence’: selected natural products from the region are handled gently, for example fresh "Beelitz asparagus", pumpkin specialities, Beelitz pumpkin seed oil or fish from Lake Blankensee. Home-made cakes round off the menu.

Only the best reaches the table: from the individual ingredients to the floral decorations. As you would expect from a farm estate, the kitchen serves up traditional Brandenburg fare, as well as finely coordinated seasonally changing specialities. From hearty, creamy to extra-fine – the spectrum of tastes served from the Fliederhof kitchen has something for everyone! 

Guests can also make use of the restaurant’s take-away service.
