Ever tasted Brandenburg? The in-house restaurant at Edeka Center Specht offers a wide breakfast selection, lunch dishes, a buffet of cakes and pastries and Florida ice-cream sundaes with regional flavours, bringing together the best of Brandenburg.

All dishes are prepared by chefs on-site using ingredients from the Brandenburg region, as locally and seasonally as possible. From traditional dishes, a fresh salad bar, and sushi made on-site to Angus beef burgers, there’s something here for everyone. What makes it so special is that everything is made with local, seasonal produce as much as possible. The gravy is made fresh each day, the tomato sauce is prepared using tomatoes from Werder, and even the drinks come from the local region.

The dishes can be enjoyed in the spacious indoor area right by the supermarket’s own glasshouse, where it’s possible to see lettuce and herbs growing. If the weather is right, the terrace area offers a place to relax, including shaded spots.
