The Museumsschänke restaurant is located in a side building in the courtyard of the agricultural museum. In a rustic ambience, the team serves modern German and international cuisine focusing on regionality and seasonality. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy their meal outside in the first rays of sun protected from the wind. The garden extends to the adjoining Blankensee Lake and gives children room to romp about. The clay oven is heated up for festivals in the village and visitors can experience how bread was baked in olden times.
