The apartment is on the top-floor of a one-family building. The flat is cosily and modernly furnished with a TV and radio/CD. The light wooden floor contributes to a homely feeling. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring cooker, dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, coffee percolator and a water kettle. The spacious bedroom offers storage space. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub whereas the WC is separate. The apartment also comes with a garden that can be used for barbecues by the pond. The holiday apartment is close to both Berlin and Potsdam. Both towns/cities can be reached within approx. 25 minutes by car. Within a 500 metres distance, there is the lake "Horstfelder Kiessee" with wakeboarding and water skiing facilities as well as a large bathing beach. There are more lakes suitable for swimming the area. Another highlight is the handcar track from Zossen-Jüterbog. The handcar station Zossen is only three kilometres away from the apartment. Additionally, guests can take part in a guided bunker tour and have a good look around some antique shops in the book and bunker town of Wünsdorf-Waldstadt. Some restaurant suggestions: Restaurant "Zur alten Gärtnerei" close by (in Neuendorf); Restaurant "Weißer Schwan" Zossen; Gaststätte "Zum Zapfenstreich" Wünsdorf; Restaurant "Mellenseeterrassen" in Mellensee and by the lake Mellensee. By the way, Tropical Island and/or the Spreewald are only 50 km away!
