The family-run business in the third generation grows the natural fodder for its dairy cows and calves itself in the fields and meadows of the island of Töplitz. They have been processing the fresh cows’ milk themselves since 2009 to make cheese, quark and yoghurt. All of the products are freshly prepared and produced without artificial preservatives or ingredients.

The following products are available from the farm shop:
  • Fresh, raw milk
  • Natural yoghurt or yoghurt with fruit, minimum 3.8% fat
  • Natural quark, minimum 30% fat
  • Herb quark with eight different green herbs
  • Natural soft cheese and soft cheese in various flavours, for example horseradish or green herbs
  • Natural Töplitz white cheese, with green peppers, walnut, caraway or Provençal - in the Camembert style
  • Hennig’s farm cheese - “Butterkäse” (semi-soft cheese), natural or in various flavours such as the popular fenugreek version, minimum 45% fat


Seasonal products:
  • Töplitz cheese in oil with seasoning
  • Töplitz soft cheese - Münster style
  • Alpine cheese Appenzeller style
  • Töplitz blue cheese
