The elaborately and wonderfully restored palace can be considered an attraction by itself. Centrally located in the village of Ribbeck, the palace is surrounded by a village green and pear trees. It proves ideal for business events, family celebrations and weddings, or for romantic dinners in the palace’s restaurant featuring a modern design. Palace chef Thore Redepennig serves a superb selection of classy dishes, some of them, of course, with pears like the deer Carpaccio with balsamic pear chutney. Excellent in taste are also the three poached farm eggs with mustard sauce originating from a henhouse in Ribbeck.
