Since 2019, Robert Gbureck and his company “Schoko und Luise” have been offering delicious ice cream variations in Hoyerswerda. In addition to classic ice cream flavors such as chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, there are also unusual variations, e.g. with Lusatian linseed oil directly from the Hoyerswerda oil mill. The ice cream is of course made by the chef himself using as many regional products as possible. Cool non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are also included in the range and can be spiced up here and there with a delicious sorbet.
