The restaurant "Zur Grafschaft" is located in the middle of the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape in the idyllic Neudorf / Klösterlich, a district of Wittichenau. In the modern, rustic ambience, guests can enjoy regional and seasonal cuisine. The menu includes the baked version of Lusatian carp or venison from the “Dubringer Moor”. But also classic dishes such as schnitzel, pasta and vegetarian dishes are on offer. The youngest choose their favorite food from the small children's menu.

Family celebrations, weddings or birthdays with up to 80 people can be celebrated in the interior of the restaurant. There is space for up to 90 people in day-to-day business. Around 60 people can be catered for in the outdoor area with a terrace and winter garden that can be opened. In the period from autumn to spring, the winter garden can be closed and heated with a glass front, so that smaller celebrations with up to 30 people can take place in it.

In addition to the restaurant, there is also the “Count's room”, where conferences and seminars are held. For example, projectors etc. are made available to the participants. Catering is guaranteed during this time.
