The four holiday apartments are located not far from Lake Senftenberger See and the Großkoschen bathing area. The apartments are of different sizes, some extending over two floors, and can accommodate two to six people. They are all equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, television and underfloor heating. The furnishings are modern. Dark tiles are teamed with friendly colours to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Each apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and sunshades. There is also parking at the property. Apart from the lake and bathing area, the Amphitheatre, a landing stage and a well-developed cycle path network are all nearby.
