The brick building was built in 1905. On the first floor, there are the three guest rooms “Crossen an der Oder”, “Hellerau Dresden” and “Atelier”. Breakfast is also available. The rooms “Crossen an der Oder” and “Hellerau Dresden” are equipped with double beds, and the room “Atelier” features a single bed. Each unit has a television set, a kitchenette with a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. On the same floor, three is a shared bathroom for the three apartments. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bath tub and a hot water boiler. Towels, a hairdryer and an iron are also provided.
