The 40-square-metre two-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and is accessible by stair lift. The bedroom has a box spring bed, flat-screen television, safe and blackout thermal blinds. The fully equipped kitchen comprises a fridge, dishwasher, sink, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. There is also an inviting balcony with four chairs and a table. The bathroom with toilet and shower including grab bar also has a shower stool, hair dryer, shaving mirror and washing machine. Vacuum cleaners and mop buckets are also available. A linen package can be added. It is possible to book an assistant on request and by personal arrangement. Leisure facilities available at the MIWE health centre include an infrared cabin, fitness room and massage service.
