The vacation farm is situated in an absolutely quiet location directly at the end of the village of Klein Partwitz. On the other side of the village, there is the Partwitz Lake, which invites you to sail, surf and swim.

The lake circuit, which is part of a network of cycle paths, is popular for cycling, hiking and skating. The way to the Partwitzer lake leads past the Partwitzerhof, here guests find a possibility to dine or take a break with a cool drink. The associated horse farm is gladly taken by animal lovers in sight. A bus stop is located directly at the Kranichhhof and is therefore a possibility to explore other destinations in the area by public transport. The nearest shopping facilities are in Schwarzkollm, Lauta, Hoyerswerda and Senftenberg. Our four-sided farm was completely renovated in the years 2019 to 2021 and first occupied by guests in 2022. The 5 vacation apartments are lovingly and tastefully furnished. The furnished courtyard and the barbecue area in the garden are available to our guests. House guests have on request the possibility to use our event barn, which can accommodate up to 35 people, for example, business meetings, seminars, family or even wedding celebrations. In the premises there is an 85-inch screen and an open kitchen with full equipment.

On the fenced property there is a bicycle carport with charging station, which our guests can use to store their bikes. If you do not bring your own bike, you can rent up to 4 bikes from us for a fee.
