The Welz holiday farm is a converted three-sided farmyard with lots of different animals (including donkeys, goats and alpacas) in a quiet, central location. It is ideal for cycling and trips to the lovely Lusatian Lake District and the Spreewald Forest. There are lots of lakes nearby for anyone wanting a fun-filled bathing holiday.

Families can discover all sorts of things here:

Children and parents can help with feeding and caring for the animals
The animals love to be stroked
Barbecue evenings can be organised
There are plenty of community games, books, puzzles and other toys if the weather is bad
Artists young and old can use the crayons, paintboxes and drawing paper
The farm has sandpits, swings and a paddling pool for toddlers
There are also ball games, darts and skipping ropes for young and old
