The TV 1861 clubhouse is located directly by the East German Rose Garden and the Oder-Neisse Cycle Path. The building sleeps a total of 30, the beds being divided into one twin room and seven four-bed rooms. Shower/toilet in the building, lounge with cable television, two fully equipped kitchens and two seminar rooms. The outdoor facilities (three football pitches, two tennis courts, volleyball court) can also be used. Other facilities: parking, garden/lawn, pets on request. User fee for outdoor facilities: Volleyball – 1 hour Euro 10, tennis court – 1 hour Euro 10, football pitch – 1 hour Euro 10, floodlight per hour Euro 10, use of bathroom facilities and changing rooms Euro 1 per person, use of washing machine and dryer Euro 2 per load. Seminars and family gatherings can be held on our premises – Euro 50 per day
