Small traditional bakery where craftsmanship comes first. The baked goods are baked with flour from the region (Altmark-Mühle-Fuchs). The breads are made with our own sourdough (triple sourdough, which has been going on for over 50 years, three times a day). There is more than 30 different types of bread on offer, changing seasonally. These include buckwheat, spelled, whole grain rye, baguette and grain specialties. The hand-pressed billets, which are baked directly on lava stone slabs, are also very popular. The master confectioner makes cakes and fine baked goods for all occasions (birthdays, weddings, youth ceremonies, etc.). Various snack options are also offered in the daily shop, such as pizza, cheese snails, home-made salads, baguette rolls with different toppings and hot bockwurst.
