In Buchholz, south of Pritzwalk, various beers are brewed: light, black and red - the Wolfsblut! All varieties are available on tap for guests directly in the bar. The brewery is visible from the guest room. Seasonally changing types of beer are produced here several times a month, around 500 liters per brewing process. The delicious drink can be enjoyed in the Schnitzelschmiede, the home-style restaurant with a varied menu.
