The "Neue Mühle” inn is only four kilometres from the town centre of Perleberg. Whether in the tastefully furnished restaurant with a conservatory and rotunda, on the open-air terrace under a sunshade or by the cosy fireplace in winter – the "Neue Mühle" has the right setting for every occasion. The dishes, prepared mainly using fresh products, cover the entire spectrum of culinary delights. Whether fresh fish dishes, grilled beef or pork steaks, poultry or vegetarian delicacies, everyone will find something to suit their taste. In addition to the regular and annually changing menu, there are also every-changing seasonal dishes, such as game, asparagus, cabbage or light summer dishes. Regional delicacies such as Prignitzer Kniperkohl, a traditional cabbage dish in the Prignitz district, or unusual specialities are also served to guests. A sumptuous and ever-changing buffet with cakes and tarts is available for guests wanting coffee.
