The holiday home originally dates from 1912. Until the 1960s, there was a butcher shop with a sales room in the house. The old terrazzo has been preserved and now serves as a dining room. The holiday apartment is optimally connected to the Elbe-Müritz circular cycle path as well as the Karstädt train station in the direction of Schwerin/Berlin, the motorway in the direction of the Baltic Sea and the federal highway. The house has a double room and a single room, a fitted kitchen, a dining and living room and a terrace.
