Built in 1356, history left its marks at Castle Stavenow. Today, guests stay in spacious and bright apartments, eat in the fireplace lounge with an ancient vaulted ceiling, watch bats in the basement and be astonished about the thick walls. Or guests enjoy a game of boule in the park at sunset, read a book in the shades of copper beech... The castle is also a branch of the local registry office. The castle would be delighted to host the "most beautiful day of your life" on a smaller scale and culinarily spoil guests.
