The camper van site can be used all year round. The price of electricity is Euro 1/8 hours and water costs Euro 0.10/10 litres. The area has room for 3 mobile homes, which may also be over 8 metres long, and is signposted and lit. The ground surface is firm grass. The parking are is close to the town centre and around 1.5 kilometres from the lake. It provides electricity with 3 connection points, water, disposal and toilet emptying (not chemical). Dogs are allowed.

In their free time, visitors can enjoy a range of activities in the town with its historic town centre, such as a visit to the Wegemuseum (Travel Museum) with gallery and library, the parish church of St. Peter and Paul plus the lido with boat rental. In addition, they can take a steamer trip, go fishing or explore the hiking trail along the lakeside and the cycle paths.  

There is also a rail connection to the Berlin regional express which leaves 1-2 times an hour.
