The parking space can be used all year round. The flat-rate price is Euro 8/parking space, plus Euro 2 for electricity, Euro 2 for the shower and Euro 1/100 litres water.

The area is designed for 20 mobile homes, which can also be over 8 metres long. It is signposted. The ground under 4 of the parking spaces is turf grid; the other 16 park on a meadow. It is located outside the town at the bathing area by the lake.

Services include electricity, water, a breakfast roll service, a kiosk selling newspapers and a supply and disposal station (type: RDW ST-SAN). Dogs are allowed and there is a dogs’ swimming area nearby. 

Free time can be spent at the bathing area, or you can simply enjoy the lake view and the excellent food. It also has an entrance for boats (electric motors up to 2 KW allowed), a playground, the historic old town of Lenz with its castle and church plus the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Visitor Centre at Lenzen Castle.
