Visitors can enjoy their leisure time in the historic town centre with its statue of Roland, historic half-timbered houses, Town Hall and St. Jacobi church. The tourist information centre is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Further attractions include Perleberg Zoo, the GDR History Museum, the Vintage Car Museum, the Perleberg Town and Regional Museum, the Perleberg open-air swimming pool and restaurants and cafés – all in the immediate vicinity.
