The Marienhöhe farm in Bad Saarow on Lake Scharmützelsee is a biodynamically managed farm that has been working according to Demeter guidelines since 1928. As a versatile farm, it combines arable farming, dairy farming, pig farming, horticulture, cheese-making and baking to form a living, sustainable organism.

Special attention is paid to keeping endangered livestock breeds, such as the German Red Cattle and the Saddleback pig. The farm's own store sells regional organic products from its own production, including meat and sausage, cheese and dairy products, eggs, vegetables, fruit, bread, honey and linseed oil.
