As a family business - Olaf der Fischer - the family has dedicated itself entirely to fishing. The family has been managing the Kossenblatter Lakes sustainably and ecologically since 2014, and operates what is known as "silent fishing" as it did over 100 years ago. The family catches fresh and naturally grown fish from our lakes around Kossenblatt and prepares this freshly for you every day as smoked fish. The fish specialties are mainly refined with the traditional smoking method - hot smoking. This keeps the smoked fish wonderfully juicy and aromatic.

The focus is on local fish species such as eel, pikeperch, carp, pike, tench or catfish.

In addition, it is important to the family to offer you only the highest quality and to break a lance for local fish and the traditional craft of fishing.

For many years they have been selling their goods with vans in the regional area, as well as in our farm shop in Giesensdorf.
