The Petershagener Marme-“Lädchen” produces over 20 different types of fruit spreads and jams from strawberries, raspberries, sour cherries, blackberries, plums, apricots, wild blueberries, blackcurrants, peaches, apples and pears. Depending on the season, other fruits such as elderberries, quinces and pumpkins are also on offer. The orange marmalades made from Mallorcan oranges are very popular!
