The raw milk from Jersey cattle from the Baruth glacial valley is tolerated despite dairy intolerance and contains 30% more protein and twice as much beta-carotene as normal milk. The handmade ice cream is a tribute to childhood, the perfect refreshment and a real treat for in between meals!
