The raw milk from Jersey cattle from the Baruth glacial valley is tolerated despite dairy intolerance and contains 30% more protein and twice as much beta-carotene as normal milk. The handmade ice cream is a tribute to childhood, the perfect refreshment and a real treat for in between meals! 

It is important to CECI'S Ice Creme by Velotel to use local and above all seasonal ingredients, depending on the time of year, to create exciting new creations alongside ice cream classics such as chocolate, vanilla or pistachio.
