The Klosterklause Neuzelle is located directly at the gates of the Neuzelle monastery and can look back on a 100-year tradition. From here you have a marvellous view of the monastery pond and the brewery. Specialities of the house are the Neuzeller Mönchsrolle, the Neuzeller Schwarzbierbraten and the Schlaubetalteller.

The menu also includes vegetarian, vegan and food combining dishes as well as gluten- and lactose-free dishes. A group menu is available for travelling groups.

If you would like to prepare your own menu under the guidance of experienced master chefs, you can take part in a cookery course by prior arrangement from November to March. Also ideal as a gift voucher or for Christmas parties.
