The "Wickelstakenhaus" was first mentioned in a document in 1527, making it the oldest restaurant in the Märkische Schweiz region. Following extensive restoration works, the "Alte Forsthaus" now serves regional delicacies. The landlord specialises in venison and fish dishes prepared using regional products and herbs from his own garden. Guests can enjoy their meal in a cosy and rustic atmosphere by the fireplace or, in the summer, on the terrace under a magnificent old lime tree.
