The castle kitchen has a straightforward philosophy: regional, sustainable, fresh and down-to-earth. It sources its products from partners and suppliers nearby. Many of their dishes are homemade and everything is delicious: from jam to cheese, from sausages to the smoked fish from the castle's own little smokehouse. Their high-quality selection of internationally inspired wines and spirits is just as discerning.
