These modern furnished holiday apartments with underfloor heating are located on a peninsula directly at the Lake Kleiner Glubigsee. The four apartments are in two buildings, each on the upper and ground floor. In the basement, guests have the use of a sauna with rest area, reading room and common room. If required, the entire property can be rented and two extra beds can be provided in the rest area. In the garden there is ample seating for guests. The apartments on the ground floor are suitable for people with slight walking disabilities. One apartment is equipped for hearing-impaired guests.

The apartments on the upper floor sleep three people and have a combined living room/bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. There is also a kitchen with storage room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The apartments on the ground floor are each designed for two people. The combined living room/bedroom area has a double bed. There is also a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace. All apartments are equipped with satellite television and are non-smoking only. Guests can explore the surroundings in the canoe provided on the canal directly in front of the houses and on the lake.
