Each apartment sleeps up to four people and has a bedroom with double bed, a lounge area with seating and the option of an extra bed (at a surcharge, in the form of a sofa bed); there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. One of the two apartments is additionally equipped with a bath tub. The apartments also have a covered terrace or balcony.

Bicycles can be used free of charge. There is parking space for each apartment on the grounds.
