Welcome to the holiday home Spree-Ferienhaus in Briescht. Look forward to your vacation in a modern house that was newly built in 2010 with some 90 square metres of living space on a plot of land which is about 2,600 square metres in size, bordering directly on the banks of the River Spree. The house is designed for 6 people and has 2 bedrooms with double bed, two showers and toilet, living room area with couches and dining area, radio/television, as well as a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, steamer and two refrigerators with small 4-star ice compartment – so unrivalled living comfort is guaranteed. A small rowing boat belongs to the holiday home and can be used freely by guests, and there is a canoe for up to 4 persons which can be rented for a fee. On cooler days, a crackling fire in the stove ensures cosy warmth – or else you can relax in the in-house infrared cabin. Of course there is an efficient electric night storage heating system in the house too, making it perfect for a lovely winter holiday by the Spree. There are plenty parking spaces for our holiday guests on the grounds, and there is a garage for bicycles, motorbikes, canoes or similar.
