The bathing area by the largest lake in Märkische Schweiz is right by the town - you can’t miss it! Because of the excellent quality of its water, Lake Schermützelsee has a visible depth of up to 6 metres. Buckow lido offers rental of rowing and pedal boats, a landing stage for passenger boats, lifeguards, toilets, a playground, food & drink and a sunbathing lawn. Visitors who like walking can also take the opportunity to walk along the 7.5-kilometre-long panoramic circular trail before bathing to explore the lake first.
