The traditional fruit press business ‘Spreewaldmosterei Jank’ was established more than 60 years ago. Spreewald Forest is home to a diverse landscape of meadow orchards. This inspired the idea to set up a fruit press. It goes without saying that the original press from 1958 looked very different from the current one. ‘Mosterei Jank’ produces a wide range of juices, as well as wines and liqueurs that are also served at local restaurants.

At the juice shop, you can buy these products directly from the producer. The big product range of ‘Mosterei Jank’ is on display in the shop, alongside a little exhibition.
