The family-run dairy sheep farm ‘Schafgarbe’ is part of the ‘Ogrosen’ group of organic farms. The farm is home to East Friesian sheep, an endangered traditional breed of dairy sheep. The sheep live outdoors except in the winter months. The animal stock also includes Duroc-Angler pigs.

All organic products produced by the group of farms are available at the farm shop: meat, sausage products, cheese, dairy products (cream cheese, herb feta cheese, organic mango lassi made with sheep yoghurt from Lusatia) and other organic products. In addition to this, the farm shop café serves drinks and little snacks. Guests can enjoy the sunshine from the comfort of 20 outdoor seats.
