The menu of ‘PanoramaRestaurant’ is characterised by a young and modern interpretation of light and healthy Spreewald cuisine. Regional produce is used wherever possible, such as linseed oil from the oil mill in Hoyerswerda, Spreewald gherkins, horseradish and juices from the local fruit press. Guests can choose to eat à la carte or to help themselves from the big buffet. A breakfast buffet with many tasty regional foods is also available to guests not staying at the hotel.

The big panoramic windows and the spacious sunny terrace make for a wonderful setting to enjoy the food. There is room for 150 guests in the indoor areas, and for another 100 on the terrace.
