The restaurant can impress with its very distinctive ambience: The building is located inside the more than 600 years old city wall of Cottbus. The unique flair is characterised by dark wooden ceiling beams, narrow rooms and a big tiled stove. On one side, there is also a terrace with views of the green surroundings.

Guests are seated at plain tables, and can choose from a menu of all sorts of schnitzel varieties. There are also options suitable for vegetarians, and gluten-free schnitzels are available, too. Those who prefer something a little more traditional can opt, for example, for ‘Oma Inges Gemüsemaultaschen’ (‘grandma’s vegetable ravioli’). In addition to dishes with German names such as ‘Erichs Liebling’ and ‘Helmut’, the menu also includes some Mediterranean dishes.

The restaurant opens in the afternoon, and on Sundays also for lunch.
