Fresh milk products made daily, such as whole milk, yoghurt, butter, cream, curd cheese and buttermilk. The cows that produce the milk live next door: The stable and the dairy are just 150 metres apart. Feed for the cows is grown in the surrounding fields and no genetically modified seeds are used. The milk is routed through an underground pipeline and processed gently. Hemme-Milch is the direct link from cow to customer.
