Mosterei Klimmek produces delicious juices, nectars and wines. The raw materials are mostly from the Uckermark, Barnim and Märkisch-Oderland. We also buy healthy, clean fruit grown in the region.

Mobile fruit press: Juice from your own apples, fixed dates for the region. Minimum amount: 50 kilograms. This is how it works: Please make sure that your fruit is clean and intact and has no rotten spots. The fruit is washed in a special fruit and vegetable washer and then crushed into mash. The mash is then fed into the belt press and squeezed out. The result is YOUR very own juice! It is gently heated to 80° C and bottled right away. Sealed bottles can be kept for up to a year.

Delivery and self-service orders of 12 bottles or more are delivered to your doorstep. Delivery free of charge within the Uckermark and Barnim. Our shop is still open.
