Coffee specialities and ice-cream creations using Uckereis ice-cream.

Using the traditional Dutch method, the Wolters family process the milk they produce to make delicious cheese and ice-cream specialities.

Refined with select herbs and spices, you can try sixteen varieties of Uckerkaas cheese, e.g. fenugreek Uckerkaas, and twenty varieties of Ucker ice-cream.

Tip:
  • Visitors are welcome to drop in to the cheesemaking plant in Bandelow and enjoy a delicious cheese platter. Please book group visits (with regional cakes) and an optional guided tour of the farm in advance by telephone.
  • Rest area for cyclists
  • E-bike charging station


The delicious Uckerkaas cheese and Ucker ice-cream are also available at Q-Regio h.o.f.läden shops in Prenzlau, Friedrichstraße and Templin Am Markt.
