The 50 square metre studio apartment has a large work and living area with a double bed, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

A big hall in the outbuilding can be used for various purposes. For example as a workshop, studio or music room. The generous and idyllic garden features various seating areas and a fire pit for cosy nights by the camp fire.
